At Number 11, we recognise that every person’s circumstances are different and many issues can be linked together. We’re here to work alongside you, giving you the best help and support to overcome these issues. You don’t need an appointment – simply come in, we’ll have a brew, eat together and see what we can do to support you. We’re still getting off the ground, as we only opened for the first time in May 2018, and so over time we’ll be offering more services and we’ll be open more days – keep checking in.

What we offer

Pay-as-you-feel Café

The Number 11 Centre is based around a pay-as-you-feel café offering pretty top notch food to everyone who comes through our doors. Ultimately, we’re one big family and we know eating together helps us build community and get to know each other better. 

Crisis Support

Struggling with debt, housing, benefits, your mental health, issues with alcohol or substance misuse? Finding it tough to put food on the table or struggling to find work? Lonely and just need someone to chat to? Just had a letter posted through your letter box you don’t understand? After an initial conversation about your needs, we will do what we can to help in your situation. We’re not about just putting a plaster over the problem, but we want to walk with you to find a sustainable solution which will make a long-term difference. 

Workshops & Activities

We deliver a range of workshops, which are a great way of getting to know more about yourself and others. They are accessible, engaging and designed to help people to develop social/life skills and aspirations as well as build self-esteem. They also assist others to recognise where they may need help and what support they need to move forward. There are many to choose from: Self Esteem, Tenancy Management, I.T Support, Mental Health and Creative Thinking are to name a few.

Opening Times

Number 11 is open on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays each week from 10:00am until 2:30pm.
The structure of the day is as follows:
