Voluntary role | 3-5hrs/week | Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent
At Number 11 our primary goal is to build relationships and offer our clients the best possible quality support, not just putting a plaster over the problem but instead working towards sustainable change.
To enable us to do this there is a huge amount of work which has to happen behind the scenes. We’re looking for volunteers who are able to offer a small amount of time each week, supporting our work and bringing hope and restoration to our community. There are a variety of different roles within this to suit your skill set and availability. There are options to work from the centre or from home, and for the hours to be flexible to work around you.
Requirements: You need to be organised, able to pay attention to detail and fully computer literate, especially with programmes like Microsoft word and excel.

At Number 11 our primary goal is to build relationships. We really believe in the power of food to bring people together, break down barriers and create community. We offer quality food and hospitality to our clients and we’re looking for someone to join our team who can drive this.
The role of café manager is to create a welcoming environment, alongside preparing refreshments, breakfast and a top notch lunch for our clients. We want to invest in you and so we can arrange for food hygenine training alongside any other support you may need.
Requirements: You need to be reliable and able to whip up a decent meal for 20-30 people.
